Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. After giving up her childhood career in gymnastics, Ariel began competing at fitness events at the age of sixteen. Within a year, she earned her Pro Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She first began to participate in fitness events after deciding to end her childhood career in gymnastics. Within a year she earned her Professional Card when she was 17. She was one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had to spend six years away from the stage after she received her Pro card to complete her college. Her return to competition in 2015 continued her earlier efforts. In the past, she participated in events of the highest level such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She kept competing after her first show for a few years, aiming for bigger and better goals every year. She was awarded four more fitness awards by the end of 2009. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel was able to take 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, when she earned the Pro Card. Then she returned in October of 2015, with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the show, she finished with a third-place finish. The summer of 2016 saw her the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage three months later taking sixth place at the Fitness Division. Ariel was completely no expectations going in, was delighted with her result. Ariel competed against the best of skilled athletes. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing improvements to her body each year. Ariel likes to focus on her back. This is made up of bent-over rows, pull-downs with a single arm using a pull-up machine, as well as seated rows. She warms-up first before moving onto work out sets. Ariel is also known for making the most of her time. How she does this is through supersetting the back exercises she does. A total of three or four supersets of 10-12 reps is done.
